Questions about Gynecomastia (man boobs)?!


Question: It seems like I have real big man boobs, I mean it's not really noticable with a shirt, but is this normal? It was worse a few months ago. I'm now loosing weight.

What do I have to do to get it that normal "man" look. Thanks.

I agree that your probably is a bit of excess weight rather than man boobs. You're on the right track with the cardiovascular exercise, but you ought to complement this with weight training twice a week or so. If you don't have easy access to weight equipment you could start a daily regimen of push-ups, which will do your chest & shoulders a lot of good.

There would be two main advantages of weight-training for you. First, you'd put tone on your torso, which would make your chest look less man-booby. Also, by building muscle mass you'll increase the rate at which your body burns calories, which will reinforce the good work you're already doing with the cardiovascular exercise.

Don't feel bad about worrying about this. Vanity is your friend in cases like this, because it's likely to lead to healthy habits.

You probably just need to lose some weight. Some pushups or chest presses could help build up your pectoral muscles also.

You need to work out. Upper body.
