your penis will not effect your choice in women, it might however effect what women choose you. some like them circumcised and some like then uncircumcised.

They will find it more pleasurable. The fact is that circumcised penises are less sensetive, and gives no more protection from STD's. It is no easier to cleanse, and the circumcised penis is usually circumcised for no real reason. You can have the skin of the penis dialiated if needed for a tight foreskin which is far more senseable then mulitation of a very useful organ otherwise. Good Luck son. It really shouldn't matter one way or the other. Women should like you for the whole package, not just part of it.
Being an uncircumcised American will change nothing. You'll get a girl like any other, and while being uncut is not the most common, people don't react with revulsion or disgust, unless you've managed to pick up a really shallow girl. Most girls will more than probably be curious more so than repulsed, because being uncut is not something they see often, and will want to know how to use it and whatnot. So don't worry about it, and be happy with your penis as it is, foreskin, length and everything. Be proud that you were spared the knife, being different than the masses gives you something to feel good about.
