My 19-year-old child has underarm hair, why he doesn't shave it?!

Question: He's 19 and in my opinion it's really disgusting. He came from football (soccer) an is sweaty, I think it's unhealthy to him.

What is your opinion.
Thanks and kisses from Argentina.

your sick i think you should get help and see a doctor. Hes not a child if he's 19 and guys who shave there armpit hair are gay and who doesn't sweat after practice and playing sports is healthy ***** martha why dont you get a life

He's a HEALTHY boy!... sports, it's normal!

leave him!

Kisses back from Brazil to our friend country Argentina!

I only started shaving my underarm hair when I was 25. So you might want to think about i.e Should he be caring about beauty at his age, perhaps he has other concerns

boys do not need to shave under their armpits, and he's not shaving it because he's not wierd! if i saw a guy with shaved armpits, i'd laugh!

you're sick

At 19 he's not a child, he's a man. it is perfectly normal for men to have under arm hair.So long as he washes everyday it is not unhealthy

I don't know ANY man who shaves it

At 19, he's an ADULT, NOT a child. Treat him as such.

His armpit hair is natural (men don't shave there), and it's HIS body, HIS decision.

Don't be ridiculous

I don't know about Argentina but in the rest of the world guys are supposed to have hair in their armpits !

You might not like it but perhaps he is proud of his masculinity. If he takes a shower after football or going to the gym and just uses some regular deodorant he'll be fine but if he hasn't figured that out my now, at 19 years old, then there is a serious problem I think.

It is normal to be sweaty after football, and it is health to do sport......

your 19 year old " child " ?...let him grow up !

Just leave your son with his underarm hair it's there for a good reason as any other hair is.

But 19 he's not really a child I would say he is a young man.
But the very best of regards from Britain to Argentina

loads of boy's don't shave their underarm hair.

most boys don't shave thier underarms
just a good shower and he'll be fine

because he is not gay

it's healthy, it'S a guy thing i guess.
Just let him be

guys dont shave, girls do

men don't shave their pits, its not unhealthy stop trying to turn your son into a penis slurping sperm gurgling butt beast

ummm....he's 19. let him make his own choices. time to cut those old apron strings!!!

Hahaha, that makes me laugh,

Guys don't shave their armpits, its just weird.

look, "mom" armpit hair is what makes a man.
egyption dude,
DONT SHAVE UR PITS. ITS JUST NOT RIGHT. DONT BE GAY./

a man shaving his under arm hair? thts unheard of-and sports and sweat are healthy

just let him do what he wants. its his life and at the end of the day it has no harm. if you dont like it it doesnt mean that he should shave it off.

Kisses from England

NO! he should not shave under his arms. Your whole family will turn French, with women who don't shave underarm, and men who do. Worse - he may get obsessed with the idea, and start shaving 'down there'. As a result he would be doomed to a life in and out of jail cells and half-way hostels.

Are you serious? Of course its not unhealthy, he can shave it if he wants. He is an adult, let him do what he wants.

He doesn't have too, It is his body. If he wants to shave it, he can shave it, If he doesn't don't make him. He's over 18 which means he can do what he wants

Let him do what he wants with his hair. And its sports hes gonna be sweaty

Cause most dudes dont shave thier pits at least int he US and most of europe

curtdude

Because men are meant to have hair under their arms.

Why should he shave it? You're hi mother, you are not supposed to comment on his sexual appeal!

Not that many guys shave this part of their body so he is normal .
So long as he showers after sport and keeps himself clean there is no problem
Returned greetings from Scotland

i think he`d look slightly strange without it!

Get a life!
