I don't know. What is strach? If it is scratch than scratch away. Anyone over the age of three that has a pair scratches them. It it is stretch then don't stretch them too much as there are delicate things in there that you don't want to damage.

As long as you do it in the privacy of your room or the bathroom. I have some buddies that just scratch thier nuts in public doesnt look to good.
