Am I hitting Puberty?!

Question: My nipples hurt badly and it feels like there is balls in them! how long until I hit puberty!

I also have little bumps on my winnie and my cousin said he does too.

wow, how old are you? well, i guess the nipples is a sign, although hair or changing voice is more of a sign.
