rubbing anything increases it, so stop that now and check your weigh and what you eat and drink, the more you weigh the more fatty tissuse you build, and the fatty the foods you eat the more the tissuse grows so just watch yourself and you will be fine.
Do pushups instead and try to lose weight. Don't rub and squeeze them, you're only stretching them out further. If your manboobs are still large and you're old enough you might want to get plastic surgery done. That will cure your moobs for sure.
