Absolutely not! My brother got a girl pragnent because of lack of lube and slipping off but before it came off it ripped from this.
Dude the only thing you may run ito is the water from the hot tub is going to wash away the lube because the lube on the condom it water soluable so it may be a task putting it in cause it will just be rubber no lube to help glide it in then it could break cause of the strain on the laytex trying to enter without the lube
