Question: i'm 15 male about 5"8 and i am still growing.
will i stunt my growth if i start doing weights once or twice a week?

also, how long should i do weights for each week? an hour? 20 minutes?

No,but you do need to be careful,even "all natural" remedies to help bulk muscles can have adverse effects. Since most don't have to be approved. I would recommend resistance weights,women prefer lean muscle not just bulk.

It will not stunt your growth, no matter what.
That is some stupid urban legend, that makes no sense at all.
Just make sure you eat healthy, and it will be good for you.
