He'll want to avoid getting balls or penis stuck in the bend of his knees or elbow. That is REALLY painful.

umm first, whos him? second how old are u ? If he as u said squeezed his balls while sleeping then it would hurt and he would wake up. I havent heard of anything like that happened where the balls or penis get sqeezed and prevent the person from having children. i think it will be ok. and if it matters i know what im referring to cause im an older male hope ive been of help

If you were male you'd know that, apart from sleeping on ones back with legs apart, there's no way a male can sleep as you suggest - the discomfort/pain would wake him within a second.
A tip for when you grow up and have a partner of your own: having fallen asleep and being cuddled DO REMEMBER to ALWAYS move yourself forward before turning towards him. It will prevent serious damage to his 'gear' ( caused by the turning/sliding motion of your rear end)
There are few things more painful than having one's 'gear' abused in such a way. It will take the biggest man down in agonising/breathtaking pain.
I once saw a man in hospital having to undergo an operation to have his testicles repositioned after his wife's sudden turn around in bed. Of-course he told us all about it and her face was scarlet when she visited him and we all booed her!
