FIRST OF ALL, your parents should have told you from the beginning...
If they didnt (or couldnt) do it.....then you should have noticed it by now.
If you have no skin covering the head of your d!ck , then you are circumcized.
Otherwise, you are not.

If you're circumcised, you have no skin over your penis head, so it always looks the same, often resembling a mushroom. If you're uncut, you have skin that covers the head, and it should be able to be retracted so that the head can be exposed for cleaning. I know I am uncut. You can find images on Wikipedia's page on foreskin or circumcision if you are curious, though be warned that they are actual pictures of penises.
LOOK - if your little guy has a hat on his head, you are not circumcised. Bald head means you are circumcised.
If you are not circumcized there is additional skin that covers the head of the penis when it is not erect.
