Ok, I'm 15 yrs. old (I know thats young, but I'm the 3rd strongest kid in my school.

1) Eat well balanced small meals (about 6 per day)
2) Buy a type of protein shake (helps rebuild muscles faster after workout)

(get this stuff, it's the best)
3) Dedication. I usually go to the gym 5 days a week (rotate: Monday-upper body, Tuesday-lower body, Wednesday-upper body, etc. take Sunday off) in the summer time. (I'm way to busy in the winter) You have to really want it to get bigger.
4) Genetics. I'm sorry, but genetics DO matter, I'f you look at some of you family members and they look like picture 1, building muscle shouldn't be as hard as it will be for guy 2, sure you might not be able to lift as much as the powerhouse guy in the gym, but it's mostly about work ethic.

5) Find your IT muscle. Everyone has that muscle that's like GODDAMN, how can you do that.
Ex: I can leg press 700+ lbs. I have the strongest legs out off my entire Freshman class! You've gotta find your muscle that sticks out from the rest and focus on it.
6) Most importantly... rest. Resting your muscles gives it the time that it needs to re-cooperate, and rebuild. Try to take off at least 2 days a week (if your on my schedule)
7) If you work hard... get some bigger shirts, because you'll blow up fast.

Good Luck

Get better looking family. It's all genetics bro.

Start going to the Gym and search for exercises online and it's not all genetics.
It all depends on how hard you workout.

Hit up the gym.. Go at least 4 times a week. If that doesn't work you might have to take some juice.

lift weights

Just talk to your doctor and start heading for the gym.
