Wieght lifting advice pls...?!


Question: every alternate day ..i workout....i work on my...calves,hams,pecs,shoulders,biceps,t... and forearm..all by lifting weights.....is this ok....should i continue with performing all these in one day??...or should i break them up....eg- biceps,tripecs and pecs..on monday.....calves and hams on wednesday.ad so on...

You could lift everyday but do forearm and shoulders on one day, then pecs and biceps and then legs and alternate..leave about 48 hours between muscle groups though..also try to increase weight gradually as train. If your looking for size then you need to do low repetitions and high weight, if you just want to tone then do low weight and lots of repetitions..

do all ure arm workouts on monday, all the legs on tuesday, arms on wed., legs on thurs.,etc. thats works the best..i have been told by pro's
