i can pull back my foreskin when flaccid
but i cannot after becomin errect
i dont think i have gone thorugh puberty
and the top of my head has a little bit of skin that is attached to the foreskin
is this normal?

Just keep pulling it back when you're erect and after a while it should go back easily.
The skin that is attached could be the frenulum and that is meant to be there, keeps the foreskin attached to the head, so don't worry about it.
If you can pull it back when you are soft that means you can clean under it so no worries there.
Your size is fine. Your friends are almost definitely lying about having sex and their erect size, so ignore them.

Just try gradually, gently stretching it in the bath. Its perfectly normal for your age group to have this, and it may just be a case of you'll "grow out of it".
At this stage, you certainly don't need to consider circumcizion.
Cant remember the medical term but this is common enough ,if you are very concerned talk to your GP about it but i don't thing its a biggie
I would see your GP. It will be embarrassing, but it sounds as though you have that thing that some men do and you may need circumcised. But I know someone who had it done and it would be better to go see about it now before you become sexually active :)

Not very many 12 year olds have a 7" long penis, and even fewer of those 12 year olds are having sex. They are just lying to you.

yes it's normal for your foreskin to be tight..... just make sure you clean your penis well and nothing will go wrong.
I did'nt measure my penis at the age of 12 but I'm sure that it's grown since then.... don't worry about it. In the end you only need to please two people... yourself, and your unknown future spouse IF you choose to get one.

Try using some baby oil on and around the foreskin then when you go to bed make sure that it is pushed back till morning. You will find that after a week or so the skin will have stretched making it easier to push back during erection.
It's not a bad idea to treat this as part of your bedtime routine for the rest of your life - it will ensure a soft easily moved skin.
I'm surprised that your mother didn't notice it before you were 1yr old. The skin is there as an anchor for the foreskin and where it joins the glands is particularly sensitive.
Wash it every day with a baby soap and dab it dry before putting on the oil. Pop into a clinic and ask advice if my suggestions haven't worked within a month. Like most things in life it takes time.
