Question: Feels like there is a ball on the top right side that is pretruding from my skin, it hurts when pressure is put onto it and just in that spot it is red..and my penis is swollen on the right side. what could this be?

Could be a Tumor, Hernia, Maybe an ingrown hair infected, could be a lot of things. You need to see a doctor. How old are you, if you don't want to tell your folks, look for public health agencies, but get help before it get's worse.

Sound like you may have herpes but go quick have it checked at the local health clinic. They will treat it and provide you with the meds for free.

I think i went through this but let it rest for 2 days and if it is the same way go to the doc but it happened to me and i just let it be and it went away
