Question: I've done every drug there is at least once, with the exception of crack cocaine. I can honestly tell you that I can achieve an erection at any time, even if I am on drugs. Now, there is a condition that some blokes have come to know as "whiskey-dick", when a man is too intoxicated to achieve an erection. This is the only instance I can think of where an otherwise healthy young lad can't win the fight against flopsy.

Depends on the drug, but I reckon the answer is yes to almost all of them.
