If its small enough to get in there in the first place, thats the most embarassing part of your problem.
Try soap I guess, failing that just visit the emergency room.

take some butter or oil and stick it around the head of the bottle. if you dont have that soap.
if that dont work, you can try putting ice on your penis, it normally shrinks, so it will get smaller than it was whenit went in, and hopefully it will come out.

First put some oil over it. and then slightly try to put oil on beer bottle head. if it doesn't work then .....sit in bath tub and then break bottle. before that make sure you cover your penis in some soft cloth. in water bottle won't explode that quickly as in air.
