Question: I am just wondering if this is dangerous at all for him to do so. He will feel the ejaculation coming and will pull out and pinch his penis and catch it before it comes out and he will run to the bathroom to release it. Is this dangerous? I'm pretty sure it's ok to do that. It's a common practice. I've learned that if you pinch for a few seconds you can continue for longer periods of time as well. It can also be stopped or 'catched' by controlling ejaculation with your muscle (I'm not exactly sure what the muscle is called) but a lot of men practice and work on that muscle to elongate the ejaculation process.
But in all, I don't think there are any health consequences so you're boyfriend should be fine.
But remember, this shouldn't be used in replacement of contraceptives. It makes no difference if he ejaculates in the bathroom.

Why does he run into the bathroom? Cant he just use a tissue or sock.....and if you guys are using the "pull out" or "coitus interuptus" method of birth control then youll be pregnant very soon.
It will partially depend upon how powerfully his body pushes his semen when he orgasms. If it's hurting him, he should find something else to do with his ejaculate, but if not then it's probably no big worry. I can tell you from experience, though, that if you tend to really shoot then it's a bad, bad feeling to pinch it in when you orgasm!
Its not dangerous. ejaculation can be better controlled through development of the "PC" muscle. Thats prob what he's "catching" it with. You can feel it by sitting in a chair with legs open wide and "clinching" your butt.

If you mean actually putting his finger over the urethra or something then it could potentially be dangerous if it can't shoot out and flows back.
