according to ayurveda u r right u cant do sex more than 4 time s in a month that can give bad effects to the body, but if u are healthy enough then u can do 5 to 6 times also. but anything too much is injurious to health.

Lets see......30-31 days per month, that means 30-31 times a 30+ man could have sex.
