you should ask your coach at school but eat right at home for starters vegis and good protien like chiken and lean meats. be sure to drink lots of water keep hydrated and stay away from the pills you are to young to be taking them they are to hard on your system right now there are natual ways to boost hormones to get big. eat right and keep working out. you are still developing at your age. eating right is key.

pasta.... full of nutrients

SHOT UR 15, WHAT SCHOOL U GO TO U CUTE?. LOL. JK HAHAHAHA. IDK ANYTHING

pasta,carbohydrates,meat (fish,steak), green veggies,and good ol' fruit

a balanced diet is your best bet, vegetables, fruits, grains, protein yada yada yada... if you're looking to bulk a little bit head to GNC or a pharmacy and get some protein powder, after working out make yourself a milkshake with a scoop or two of the powder and it'll help you build muscle faster. Theory is that after working out, eating protein helps your muscles repair faster and provides building blocks for muscle bulking.
