Im trying to get into shape...how should i get this body?!
Question: saw this guy at the beach and i liked his body type... he looked very fit about 6'2 . he had a bubbly looking body but tight...thick looking over all...maybe like a football player.

Push ups, cardio-work outs. Eating healthy=BIG role in how you look. A healthy diet= a healthy body.

Just do 5 set of 20 push ups and 5 sets of 20 sit up. Get ur cardio in there aswell. Eat healthy meals and enough protein and salads. U will get toned..
Certain body types are built certian ways. Lanky people forinstance can never look like a tank, and stout usually don't have very defined abs.
I would say consult a personal trainer beceause your descripton here isn't very good.
