Question: i am 27 years old married male. i hav noticed that while having sex i ejaculate pre-maturely whenever i am very aroused due to long & passionate foreplay. but on other occassions when i am not too aroused but stiff, i take pretty long to ***. does that mean pre-mature ejaculation depends upon level of sexual arousal. higher sexual arousal may mean quicker climax. please giv your opinion.

It all boils down to stimulation time. If you've engaged in long foreplay, chances are your penis has been stimulated for some time, and you're going to be close to ejaculation when you start penetrative sex.
It happens to all of us, and it doesn't sound like you have a premature ejaculation problem since you last the distance when you haven't had lots of foreplay. If you were spurting the minute you take your pants off, I would say you have a problem.
A lot of men confuse the issue of how long is acceptable because of porn. The scenes you see on a movie are cut and edited and are much longer then the time it actually took them. It is also not reasonable to expect that you're going to have wild penetrative sex for 40 minutes without ejaculating a few times.
Learn some new techniques. One of the great ways to get ultra horny is to ask your lady to refrain from touching your penis at all during foreplay. that may be part of it. to fix your problem though, just take a short rest when you are about to **** until you've been doing it for long enough, by been doing this routine when you for a while you will have to stop less and you will be able to go longer
There is no actual term for prematre ejaculation. Whatever you feel is too short is for you ejaculating pre-maturly. If it's bothering you try going to the docs and have a word.
