i dont know i heard girls stop growing at age 18 guys dont stop growing till age like 20-21 but im just 13 with 6.9 inch dick and that doctor said at age 16 ill b like at eigther 8 or 9 inches so i would say ask your doctor.
At 16 mine was 4 x 4. It only grew to 4.8 x 5.0. The length is short but the girth is good.
Your length is already good enough but a bit thin. However yours should still grow.
