50 something men,how can I encourage a man to lose weight and get fit without hu!

Question: I am really worried about my husbands health, borderline high blood pressure and about 40 to 50 lbs over weight. Also the begining of ED, over half the time now.
I have reasearched a lot and don't think the mens health magazines answers are all that good.
Do any men out there feel the advice in those is worthwhile, and if anyone is using testoterone replacement, does it really help and do you feel healthier when you use it.
I dearly love my hubby and want him to grow old and stay healthy with me.

The extra weight is why he has ED. I am 57 years old. I'm 6 ft tall and weigh 172. I walk two miles everyday. I also have sex at least 4 times a week. It would be daily if my wife could keep up. I have erections like I did when I was 27. All this is because I started eating right and exercising. It's really pretty simple. Years past I had heart surgery and had a stroke. I'd be dead now if I hadn't made changes. I just didn't expect to be young again.

introduce the subject by saying...im getting kinda bigger and i think i should start running and working out and it would be a fun thing if we could do it together :)

If you are the one that cooks for him its quite easy, feed him heathy foods.

50 something? Ask him if he wants to see 60 something.

Anybody at that age that is overweight should have common sense enough to know that you can't live long with that kind of health at that age.

I don't think I am being cruel, but seriously, he needs eat right. If he doesn't care- what can you do?

Two things, right kind and amount of food plus regular exercise. If he cannot see his toe nails then he is overweight, no toe nails=no loving.

Tell him you want to start being healthy and working out, and you would really love it if you had a partner to do it with.

Start mentioning how hot other men are who are healthy and fit. XD
