When you ejaculate, you have acheived orgasam. We men don't really acheive multiple orgasms nor do we have the same type of orgasms as women do. We usually just ejaculate and that's that. Some of us are able to still have energy to continue and go for a round two. Though most men need some time to recover afterwards.
