you can do it .
my buddy was 260 and got down to 185 within 8 months by running and he stopped eating junk for the most part.

Eat one good meal a day. Breakfast is the best. Only liquids rest of day. YOU'RE FAT CAUSE YOU EAT TOO MUCH. Also WALK a lot.

Try weighing yourself everyday. Write it on your calendar. You can't deny the numbers. Just eat healthy, add some excersize and weigh less every week by say... one pound. You can do it. Keep track. you know what to do. We all know what to do for the most part, We mostly just forget to keep track of whether what we are doing makes our weight go up or down. My wife and I have lost a total of 45 pounds since Dec. 07

You could drink 6 - 8 16 oz. glasses of water per day as well as WALK briskly 1 Mile per day ....

BUT: cut out all soda , including diet ... go with green tea .... to drink and maybe even supplements ..

You should beging to notice a weight loss and stomach size change in two weeks or less ....
