Ok, first off C**k rings don't delay orgasm, they just force your penis to remain hard after you c*m. Thats all, and it can be quite uncomfortable. Plus do you want to stop to put one on?

Similarly, using a numbing spray/lotion or similar requires that you stop what you're doing and apply it. Since the point of sex is pleasure, loosing all sensation is a bad idea. Not to mention is some rubs off on your partner, thus numbing her as well. What if it's random, spontaneous sex?? Do you want to wander around every day with that stuff in yer pocket??

Masturbating before sex is a waste of semen, testosterone and energy. Do it if you really have to, but learning some self control is the only real solution.

Here's a few tips:

1. Breathing. I highly recommend learning some yoga breathing techniques. Learn to inhale slowly through your nose, hold it for 3 seconds, and slowly exhale. Using this technique during sex well help you to relax, keeping you from the point of no return.

2. Visualisation and body awareness. Some guys find thinking about something else helps stave off the inevitable. Personally, I think it detracts from the experience, and you run a good chance of backing off the excitement so much you lose the erection. Which is just as bad as c*mming early

A better option (from experience) is learning a few little meditation mind tricks to help you along. Look up "chakras" on the Web, there's plenty of material there. By performing a visualization technique, in conjunction with the breathing technique you can stay relaxed and drain off the "energy" building up in your groin without losing awareness of your body as a whole. Learning about "energy channels" and such, will also help with your ability to read your partners body, knowing exactly how to get her off like she ain't never been off before!

(To anyone who thinks that stuff is Hocus Pocus. Think of the imagery as a metaphor, it allows your mind to focus on various parts of your body, so as to control functions not ordinarily accessible to our conscious mind.)

3. Practice. Yep practice. Get yourself some porn you find exciting. Now, watch it. Masturbate with lotsa lube and both hands, you want to max out the stimulation as much as possible.

Observe yourself. The goal here is to not c*m. Watch for the first signs that you're about to c*m. There is a point of no return that you'll reach. Just before you get there STOP! Let go of your penis if you have to. Now, use the above techniques to relax, and bring yourself back under control. Once you have, start again. With enough practice, you'll find you only need to slow down or even just intend yourself back from the brink, the same as you control your breathing. Learn how your body functions. You want to get to the point where you have Total control. When I was learning this stuff, my goal was an hour and a half of uninterrupted stimulation without c*mming. Once you get there, you can pretty much consider yourself a black belt in Penis Fu!

Naturally, you should also try and do the above with your partner. Mask your breaks with position changes, going down on her, stop and kiss her etc. Done well, she'll be none the wiser. Before long you'll have it sorted.

By the way, you should know that normal masturbation, where you bring yourself off in a couple of minutes, is where you pick up the bad habit off fast c*mming. Only ever masturbate to practice your self control!! C*mming wastes testosterone as well, and I'm sure you can find better uses for your juices. Save it for the ladies....

4. PC Exercise. You know the muscle you use to stop your piss? That's your PC muscles. The stronger the muscle is, the longer you'll last and the harder your penis will be. There are plenty of sites around that explain the theory. Basically you just remember to squeeze the muscles as hard as you can throughout the day to strengthen it. Eventually you can then learn to c*m without ejaculating, allowing you to Multiple Orgasm and increasing the strength of your Orgasms greatly.

Endnote: View sexual ability as being similar to a martial art. Practice, exercise, develop some discipline and you'll always "Win". All the above should take no longer than about 3 - 6 months to master. Combine orgasm control with a good range of other techniques (thrusting, cunnilingus, massage, etc), realistic and fun positions, knowledge of the female body and a fit, healthy body for yourself. Once you've got all that down, your girlfriend(s) will be as addicted to you as a crackfiend. Hey, it ain't like there'll be many other guys around that can lay them like you can!! :-)

Happy F**cking!!!!

relax, your mind and body and especially your stomach muscles and try to , "let loose" before hand so you can last longer

try to masterbate before you have sex. alos they have erection rings that make you last longer. I have never tried them simply because I can't find one that is wide enough.

masturbate before having sex. wear a co*k ring..

when you get close, stop and go down on her, it will drive her crazy and condition yourself to last longer.

They have creams that numb you so you'll last longer. Or you could let her be on top, and kinda spread your legs apart...not like doing the splits or anything just a little bit. I noticed my hubbie doing that and asked him why. He said it makes him last longer & the orgasm more intense. Hope this helps. Also, you sound kinda young so use a condom everytime.

Will power and determination.

Have her go don on you and Come, then go down on her and when u get hard again, then have u'll last longer right after u already came

use a drug or think about something unsexy thatll turn you off
