He's sure putting a lot of pressure on himself, believing that sexually satisfying his fiancee is directly related to the length of his unit. Even though he's embarrassed about it, he was apparently comfortable enough talking to you about it that you may be able to help him get into therapy. Sometimes, a "disinterested third party" (someone who doesn't know him or his fiancee) can help folks work through insecurity issues. Yeah, he's got a smaller-than-average penis length. That doesn't mean he can't have a really good sex life or that he can't satisfy a woman.
i feel sorry for him. that sucks... but he has to just get over it.
Apparently, women care about size less often than men think. That is abnormally small; it's best to avoid that conversation.

3.5 is below average but if he has someone to love him and that person doesn't care then he should stop worrying. On the outside chance this person is fat, they could very well have an average penis but if you have a large fat pad on your pubic area then it can make the penis look smaller.
