We cannot know. Only if the guy volunteers that information or we ask and they honestly say they are. Too often, people will just decide someone is "gay" and label them that, as well as tell other people "he is gay" when in fact the guy is not. Causes lots of heartache and bad feelings, that is the problem with judging others. Not sure why it would be important to know anyway who is gay and who is not, unless you are wanting to have sex with someone. Otherwise their sexual preferences are really not of any consequence. Plus you would be surprised who really is gay, and who is not. Can't judge on appearance!
