I don't do anal with my boyfriend....but it warms things up for both of us when we use it for vaginal intercourse. I like it! We have one that's Cherry flavored and it can be used for lubrication or for massage oil. I like back massages with it because it get's really warm and stays warm for a while. And for intercourse....the faster you go the hotter it gets and the better it feels!
