It could be many things, such as growing pains (seen as you are at a growning age), it could also be a cyst. Is there a lump, if so is it hard soft? best go to your Doctor to have it checked out. It is probably hormonal but you need to be reassured. Good Luck x
Girls when going through puberty, also get this. It hurts like hell, but all ends up well. I would stop touching it. That is only going to keep hurting it. Of course ask your parents, but Motrin will help with the pain, etc. It should go away within a few months, but I would see a doc if it hasn't.
urts when you touch it?.....o.k........don't touch it......then it won't urt.
