Question: I know this is a weird question.But i was having a random thought.What if a guy accidentally comes inside your nose?Like if your giving him a hand job or something and it accidnetally goes up your nose?If you just make sure u get it out would that be ok or would u have to do more? This is not as weird as you think, i accidently shoot it in my girlfriends eye and nose. She ws giving me a hand job and rested her head on my belly and i did not warn her. Nothing happen othe rthen he getting very mad. I wash it off her and helped her clean up and the next day it was fine.

2nd ; Even if he does ... simply BLOW your nose and clean it out ... you can even buy nose sprays to clean out your nose to keep on hand IF you are afraid this will happen to you ....

Are you concerned you can get pregnant. There is only one opening in which pregnancy can be started and I promise it's not your nose.
Not a big deal. Unless you're talking STD's. I suppose if you're worried about that. then don't perform oral without a condom. You should do that anyway if you tend to sleep around.
