It's a serious reason to call the doctor and make an appointment! Most likely he just has an infection, but it won't get better by itself. Just make him go...men don't like to make those appointments themselves!
dear miss, i don't know u'r location but it is my suggestion for you. you should visit the medical specialist for right now.
I would have him go to a urologist. He might have been hit "down there" and there could be some serious damage.
it seems he has hurt himself.. there is some internal bleeding...consult some doctor
