How old are you? It could be a breast bud or it could also be a calcium deposit. If u are going through puberty it is probably a breast bud due to excess amounts of testosterone that is converted into estrogen. The best thing to do is check with your physician just to make sure.

if it is painful to the touch like you are saying than it sounds like a cyst, but it's always best to be safe so go to the dr and make sure it isn't cancer.

may be early forming of breast glands. are u going through puberty? cos if u are its common 4 guys to get moobs, and they go away most of the time
