Consider yourself lucky that 1) she's comfortable enough with you to relax and give herself over to the sensations you're giving her and 2) that she's enjoying it so much, she's gone beyond formed words and is vocally conveying her physical pleasure in such a primal form. If it were painful, she'd try to force you to stop what you were doing, not grab whatever part of you was most accessible and pull you closer.
