Well one by one they all broke as I tried putting them on. Am I putting them on wrong or do I need a different size?

make sure the roll is on top , not underneath I am assuming your young, so dont have sex and you wont have this problem....... If you have sex before putting the condom on is mastered youll be on here asking which way the diaper goes on the baby....haha
It sounds like your unrolling it before your trying to put it on
first of all..yes you are placing it wrong..second...there are instructions placed on condoms..READ them. third...they dont have different sizes of condoms.
make sure that your nails won't tear them coz most of the time, condoms are very vulnerable to tearing. as of now, that's all i can advise.
Yeah like that guy said above, don't unroll those badboys right away. If ya do that and try to slap it on, you are putting a lot of stress on your rubber, and that could be why it could be all breakin.
If you unroll it towards you you are correct! It's not that difficult!
if you are insinuating your huge then try magnums!

First of all, don't be embarrassed, every man has to learn at some time if he does not want to get his partner pregnant. You have a good sense of safe sex. well done.
Now how to do it When you open the packet, hold the tip between your finger to prevent air being trapped, then gently roll the condom down the shaft to the base of the penis. Then you should have no problems. It maybe more stimulating to let your partner do it for you.
1. cut your nails
2. buy a few different brands (not at a bargain basement or a mens toilet..they are probably old and break easily...go to a pharmacy)
3. Buy some magnums or XL size just incase the size ur using is too small. Might be like trying to shove a cucumber into a sock...
4. lube yourself up first
5. just be gentle

Rolling it towards you is correct - having the roll outside NOT inside. Don't forget to flatten the teat so that there's room for your sperm - otherwise it will get forced down the shaft then the whole thing will slip off and she could get pregnant.
Much more satisfying and enjoyable is to have your girlfriend put the teat of her favourite flavoured condom between her lips then gently lower her head to unroll it as far as she can before completing the job with her fingers.
