Penis pumpers damage the tissues of the penis as far as I know. The enlargement does not last. You use the pumper before sex and then it goes back to normal.
There are other techniques of enlargement that are more natural but they demand your daily commitment. According to the authors, you should do them daily for at least half to one hour for some months or they will not work.
If you want to enlarge it permanently without spending time you can do it by surgery. But my opinion is that you shouldn't bother if you are more than 5 inches. Women do not care as soon as it is normal size. Its the same as it is with us. We like all tit$ as soon as they are not flat.
