i know what my mom told me... the same thing kind of happens with the inside creases of our... "pelvic area"
when something rubs up against the skin alot over time it can discolour alot. i know some people that use the skin bleaching creams to even it out with the rest of their skin tone....

don't really know but have you noticed that some people backsides are sometimes darker that the another body parts even though it doesn't get any sun. Maybe it's just something like that!
Skin pigmentation differs all over the different parts of the body and in different people. For the same reason that not all fair skinned brunette women have the same coloured nipples... it all comes down to melanin production.
The darkness can also be the cause of a few things like fungal infection or irritation but most likely if it is causing him no discomfort then thats just how he is.

Completley normal love. Im bi and seen about 5 before. 4 out of the five were darker then their skin. do take race into account caus latino men etc have tanned willy's. Good luck

The pubic skin darkens as you get older, lol it can be a bit of a surprise tho, yeah.. haha
