Question: So basically,
I spent the night with my girlfriend. Made out, what not. Of course I'm supposed to be excited; but so much that after she leaves my testicles fell like they've been hammered? We did nothing sexual wise, and I'm wondering if it's because perhaps I pinched them? Or too much excitement?

Blue balls. It's a real thing. You said you did nothing sexual (except kiss) so you were aroused, yet you didn't have any sexual release which can cause pain.
