they will not grow larger but with no support they will start to twist and cause a condition called varicocele, and it has to be fixed surgically, put some drawers on!

Well, I haven't seen any changes yet. Don't listen to the people that say that doing this causes your balls to get tangled up. I have been doing this for a few years and that has never happened. Cave people didn't do it either, and no evidences has been found that the got it either.
