Help! Skinny to Muscular?!
Question: I am 13 years old, and my grade is having a beach party in about a month. I want to beable to take off my shirt, but I'm pretty skinny. I want to not be so skinny, and to have a little bit more muscular arms and abs. I play a lot of sports, but don't work out. Should I? Please give me some tips!

In a month you could show some improvement, probably not so much in size but in how cut you look. Diet is just as important so ideally you should be eating 5-6 small meals a day, lots of low fat protein and of course a fitness program.
If you don't have access to a gym, crunches and pushups are really good. Next time you're watching tv, everytime there's a commercial break, do 15 pushups and situps. After 7-10 days your muscles will feel harder and you will loose some of the fat covering them up making you look better.

Lots of push ups mate! and some sit ups! you will see some changes! just make sure you do them like every 1-2 days... do like 3 sets of push ups and sites ups etc
well your def. not gona be the big wwe wrestler in a month but you can have some improvement by a month. invest in a good diet and stay a way from the big sugar cookies and such at school for lunch. also go and work out! If you can get a personal trainer to kick your ***. ;D also consider taking protein and such. I started taking protein powder from gnc this year when i started lifting for football and have noticed bigger muscle mass so you'll also want to check into that.
