You might have just itched too hard, you might have accidentally "racked yourself" without even realizing it.

Who knows.

Heres the bottom line:

1) Does the pain alter your sexuality?
---if you have irregular erections, or spontaneous erections, loss off feeling

2) the main pain went away in about 8 seconds? So how long has this SLIGHT PAIN been continuing on?
---some nerve irritations, pain, etc can cause all sorts of weird interpretation for the body. and like the above poster, you might some type of nerve disease. I wouldnt jump to any conclusions though. The best thing to ask yourself is this::: Does this sometimes random, very faint pain affect me daily in a way that affects my life?

3) Charaterize your urination patterns:
----if your urine has a foul smell to it, if you have difficulty peeing (including any pain), if you have a weak stream, if you have episodes where you might "wet yourself"

4) Family HX:
----- do you have a family history of any sexual disfunctions, or nerve disorters.... this increases your chances of having the same disease

IF any of the above occurs, its probably time to see a physician. I dont know your age,race,sex.... those things affect how to address your question. Furthermore, from the sound of it.... It doesnt sound that bad... It sound pretty tolerable isnt it?

If your not having any of the above, theres not really any reason to justify spending $150 for a doctor and on something that really isnt bothering you.

But of course, paying the $150 gives you piece of mind.

Good luck,

you might have nerve problems, get to a doctor. he will sort it no problem.

you seemto have devolped orchities(infected teticles), such pain is also possible in cord (tubes with blood vessels above the testicles), it is also called funiculities, better get yourself examined by a surgeon for invetigation and treatment.
