Boxerbriefs, but for sleeping boxers, pj pants or nothing at all! But sleepwear should be comfy, so in the winter more clothing should be worn.

For Underwear: I personally like boxer-briefs the best. They are sexy.
For Sleepwear: I like flannel PJ pants with no shirt, or just boxer briefs

Boxer breifs, but not Fruit of the Loom style. Those are awful. As are boxers. I feel like boxers are for 8th graders, not men.
So the sexiest men's underwear are definitely the spandex-type material boxer briefs that are not half way to the knee. Sorry but cotton undies are for little girls.
For sleep wear, just underwear. Or pj pants and a tshirt if it's cold. Be comfortable. Guys who don't fuss too much are the sexiest. If you're just trying to look hot, that's so offputting.
