my penis is growing a bit slow (if at all) and i am hoping for a growth spurt.........
I want to know the latest because most articles online say puberty starts as early as 9 yrs. old and average starting age is about 14 years.....and my penis has not developed much.

Some people can start as late as 16 or 17. It just depend on how your body grows.

I think it can only grow till 15 1/2- 16 years old. Dude don't sweat about the size. Its how you use it.
16 is the farthest you should wait, but you may wish to speak with a doctor about hormone replacement therapy
around 17 years of age!
