Is this food bad for me?!


Question: I usually eat 4 turkey patties a day as a burgers.. 2 at lunch and 2 at dinner, and cereal in mornin. Im kinda worried about the turkey paddies, are they bad for me?


4 turkey paddies/day
160 calories = 640 calories
9 G fat = 36 grams of fat
2.5 saturated fat = 10 g
95 mg Cholesterol = 380! I really think this is bad!
20 G Protien = 80 protien

and I do eat more than 640 calories a day, just wonderin about this food i eat here..

Everything about the patties is fine, except for the cholesterol. It is quite high, so you might want to cut down on that.

Like someone said above me, you should definitely try to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. They can still have the necessary vitamins and minerals, without NEARLY as much cholesterol. The only vegetables that have cholesterol are brusslesprouts and avocados.

in a word yuck you should have more fruites and vegetables in your diet. your heart will thank you for it. turkey patties contain quite a lot of fat so maybe change the diet around.

eat something different for a change man!! 4 turkey is kinda bad especially with colesterol! cut it down to 3 or 2. but the daily amount of colories an average person is supposed to get is 2000 a day since u lose calories if ur active or just doing random un active things like tappin foot, dancing, laughing, tapping pencil, and sleeping!!! sleeping loses like 100-200 calories by itself!!

i would toss the bread for atleast two of them... it adds a lot of carbs. and yeah, throw in some fruits, veggies, and drink some milk with it.
