it can vary but im a med school dropout and usually they look like a patch or tiny cluster of pimples or blisters on your penis
or testes how long after your last encounter did you see them?

Sometimes they look like open sores, sometimes they look like cigar or cigarette burns, sometimes they look like scabbed over sores. Sometimes they don't show up at all. If you have anything on you that looks like something I described then maybe you should see a Dr. And for the safety of others and the ones you love, NO MORE SEX UNTIL YOU SEE A DR!!!
