You have not explained whether the 8 1/2 measurment was taken when the penis was flacid or erect. If your 6'2" with only 8+1/2 when soft, I'd immediately run out and get an extension. I checked several anatomy sources and they all agree for your height, you should have a 13 inch penis, that would be 2 inches for every foot length of your body. Shame on you!
