What stretches should i do before doing diffrent types of lifting weights?!

first of all, I am a pain relief specialist and i know muscles ....stretch a muscle however you can , but make sure it is completely relaxed...do it slow and you will feel the tension release....once the muscles are relaxed , you are ready to build it up....then you have more tension to release, and so on...
