How Does A 14 Year old Boy Build Muscle?!
Question: Well here is my story (in a nut shell) I am 5feet and 6inches tall and I weight 150. I am 13 turning 14 in 6 days and I want to build some muscle (more) to impress a girl I like at school. And well I have done some reasearch and I have learned that exercising too much can hurt/stunt my growth. Plus I don't want to over work my body and injure myself.
So how can I build muscle, is there a printable workout sheet somewhere online? Any websites?
And what kind of foods should I eat?

you should just be yourself and not try to look like someone else...=]
Work out 3 times a week, drink whey protein after workouts. If done right, you will definately get more muscle on your body.
work out and lift weights
eat foods high in protein
