Question: Red dots under my nose?
Its not from shaving, or sexual contact.
And i was sick before it happened
now its very sensitive when i touch it, and it looks gross.

You could have a staph infection, or Impetigo, or something just as simple as an irritation from blowing your nose often, since you were sick with something that made you wipe your nose a lit.
If it spreads, or gets worse, get back to the dr. In the mean time, keep it very clean with gentle soap and water, and apply some over the counter antibiotic cream. Ask the pharmacist for a GENERIC [cheaper] brand. Keep your hands away from it. You will make it worse and if it IS staph, you will spread it, not just to other areas of your body, but to others as well.
Don't use the same wash cloth each time. Keep YOUR wash cloths separate from the family's, and wash in very, very hot water, and dry hot. Continue these precautions til you know FOR SURE what you have.
