No, not at all. There are a lot of things that can go wrong witht the prostate, none of which have to do with cancer. Obviously, it is a concern though.
no of course not, the prostate gland can be swollen just like any other gland in the body. It doesn't mean cancer at all, just that your dad probably has to go pee a lot more often. The doctor will probably give him some pills to help shrink it.
